# Do Avoca campaigns support MMS, emojis, and dynamic personalization?

> Use rich media, extended characters, and tokenized templates for personalized outreach.

Yes—Avoca’s messaging stack covers rich media, emoji-safe encoding, and per-recipient personalization to keep outreach on-brand.

## Rich Media & MMS

* Long SMS chains can be auto-promoted to MMS when they exceed segment limits, preventing broken messages.
* MMS is supported inbound and outbound. With dynamic escalation to human responders, agents can attach photos, estimate PDFs, or videos on the fly in addition to automated sends.
* You can attach base64 media (photos, estimate PDFs, videos) within platform size limits so customers receive the full context in one send.

## Characters & Emojis

* Smart encoding detects when a template includes extended characters or emojis and upgrades the payload automatically.
* Recipients see the intended glyphs, and Avoca tracks the resulting segment count for accurate billing/throughput planning.

## Dynamic Personalization

* Every outbound text pulls from a recipient-specific data store that includes customer name, technician, addresses, appointment windows, lead notes, and more.
* Templates accept tokens such as `Hey {{FirstName}}, your estimate from {{TechName}} is ready` and resolve them right before delivery.
* You can also override the first message in a node for bespoke copy while keeping the rest of the workflow reusable.
