How It Works

Step 2: Set Refresh Schedule

Configure how frequently Avoca checks ServiceTitan for customers matching your criteria. The system automatically identifies new matches and adds them to the campaign queue.

Step 3: Configure SMS Workflow

Design your outbound SMS campaign workflow with:
  • Personalized message templates using ServiceTitan data
  • Timing rules (immediate send or scheduled delivery)
  • Follow-up sequences based on customer responses
  • Opt-out handling and compliance settings

Step 4: Launch Automated Campaign

Once activated, the audience continuously syncs with ServiceTitan, and qualifying customers automatically receive your configured SMS workflow.
