What Syncs Back to ServiceTitan

  • Messages & Notes: Conversation transcripts, agent summaries, and follow-up actions are attached to the related job or customer record, giving CSRs and technicians full context.
  • Tags & Status Updates: Tags created or updated in Avoca are pushed into ServiceTitan, keeping segmentation, workflows, and automations aligned across systems.
  • Job & Customer Fields: Key attributes gathered during the conversation (appointment times, job types, membership details, etc.) are synced into the appropriate ServiceTitan fields.
